RETURNS

According to the policy of our page, in this case, the shipping costs of return and shipping of the new product are borne entirely by you, while no refund is made.
Our policy lasts 2 days from the received day. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost will be € 3.00 for returning the items to us will be borne by the customer
