Product Problem :
We carry out all the necessary checks before each order shipment. Nevertheless, in case there is a problem, we accept the return of the product as long as it is made within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product will be sent primarily to the Service department for inspection to determine that the damage is not due to misuse so that it can be replaced with a new one. In any case, you should first inform the customer service department at +357 99971556 and define the way of return as well as the type of problem. Every return must be accompanied by a product receipt.
